Terms of Sale: All advertising invoices are due upon receipt. Accounts unpaid over 30 days are subject to a 1.5% interest per month and all reasonable collection costs. Make checks payable to Multicultural Entrepreneurial Institute, Inc. Payment is due in advance to all first time advertisers. Advertising rates are subject to change.Cancellations: There will be no cancellations or alterations of ads after the corresponding deadline. An Early Termination Fee will be charged to the advertiser if this contract is cancelled by the advertiser before it expires. The Early Termination Fee will be 50% of the remaining balance at the time of termination.Contract and copy regulations: Advertisers assume the responsibilities for the content of advertisements placed and printed and are liable for any and all claims arising therefrom against the publisher. Publisher reserves the right to reject, edit or cancel any advertisement at anytime. Claims regarding errors in advertisement must be made within 7 days of publication. Claims regarding billing errors must be made within 30 days of the date in doubt. Ads designed by the Multicultural Entrepre-neurial Institute, Inc. are exclusive for Empresario Wire, therefore their use in another publication is prohibited unless a written permission is granted by the Multicultural Entrepreneurial Institute, Inc.
