Shadowing a classmate01Shadowing a person is not harassing! Shadowing some-one is only noticing the good things in him or her and writing this positive things down in a notebook. We all have a person to “shadow” in the class. The idea is to start “shadowing” the person you got in September, and then, in December to give this notebook to the person you were shadowing as a gift. So this person can know how he or her is perceived. One thing is what we think we are perceived and another thing very different is to actually read how others perceive you!

World Café02General methods about world café:

• Tables set up for group discussion• Specific questions designed for each of the table• Hosts for each table initiate the con-versations and brief thegroups about the key discussions/in-sights from previous groups• Members attend each table discus-sion for 20 minutes and move forward to next groups

So we used this technique to answer a complicated question: HOW TO HAVE A GREAT LIFE IN MILAN? We worked in 3 groups, with 3 different topics:

• Table Basic lifeHow to take care of the basics of life?• Table DreamHow would us support each other to real-ize our dreams?• Table MoneyHow to make income during the master program?

The systemic constella-05

“...Constellation Work can help a person see the relevance of life from a different

perspective. As we witness and experience the expanded perspective,

redirection and resolutions of long standing issues unfold. The experience provides us with the opportunity to move toward healing, wholeness and peace; collectively and individually...”

Carolyn Zahner

Circle discussions They are a great way of exchanging informal ideas and finding new approaches to old problems, the practice consist in open conversation in a “round table” without a table. Although the Circle Discussion is designed to exchange ideas, it needs a host or leader who takes responsibility for setup and manage the dynamic. It is a space for volunteer manifestation in the discussion.

Power and Responsibility bring each other In everything we do, we either progress or regress. With great power comes great responsibility, but the reverse is true for with great responsibility comes great power. Responsibility is power. Taking responsibility is taking control. When you take responsibility, you gain power. When you do not take responsibility, you are giving away your power to something or someone else. To become more responsible is to grow. All growth is progress.

Life and career mapping06

Through remembering and thinking to drawing and writing, we described the main events and moments of our lives. Beyond the facts, we wrote about our feelings and perceptions, our good and bad decisions and things that we’ve learned from.

It was the beginning of Daniela Terrile’s coaching and empowerment for us and it will continue in the following months.

We also thought about the present, its opportunities and what we could change now to reach our expectations and dreams for the future.

Wine taste07SCIUR is the result of a platform of exchange and extensive interactive teamwork. Poli.Design took part in this exchange with the students of the 15th edition and we were able to assist the presenta-tion of the result of this work.
