Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM)Learn how to thrive on a Scrum Team. The course is taught from the perspective of the ScrumMaster role, but will benefit anyone needing to better understand and work in the Scrum framework. This two-day course will give you an outstanding opportunity to become immersed in learning Agile principles and the Scrum framework. Your instructor will actively engage and educate you, and most of all, stimulate you to think about new ways of working. This course will also prepare you for the CSM exam through the Scrum Alliance.

Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO)The Product Owner in Scrum is responsible for having and communicating a clear product vision. The Product Owner is also responsible for transforming this vision into a prioritized list of product features and managing any product release schedule. This is not a one-time activity and this course directly explores the skills related to the Product Owner’s responsibilities.

ScrumMaster SkillsThe Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) course defines the skills needed by an Agile coach, but does not teach those skills. This workshop style course explores the essential skills such as facilitating, coaching, team building and negotiating, needed to raise your level of expertise as a practicing ScrumMaster.

Large Scale Scrum (LeSS)The Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO) courses focus on single team Scrum. But what if, for example, you have a large product with multiple teams all working on the same code base? How do you address the team coordination logistics and the larger organizational issues that naturally arise?

Learn through in-depth discussions of how to use the Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) framework to address these issues. The course covers a minimal set of additional roles, rules, artifacts, meetings, thinking tools and practices that are designed to help you successfully apply Scrum at scale.

If you already have your Scrum Alliance CSM and/or CSPO certification issued through another Registered Education Provider, and would like to earn the Georgia Tech Scrum Leadership Certificate by taking ScrumMaster Skills and Large Scale Scrum (LeSS), please email jim.consuegra@pe.gatech.edu with proof of Scrum Alliance certification.
