Empower School of Health is India Chapter of International Association of Public Health Logisticians

The India chapter of IAPHL is managed and administered by Empower School of Health.

The chapter promotes the IAPHL mission of supporting the professionalization of supplychain officers and managers in India and others working in the field of public healthlogistics and commodity security. The objective of this chapter is to promote theimportance of “Supply Chain” in public health programs in India. The chapter is open toall the public health and other healthcare professionals.

There is a strong demand in the developing world of such user friendlydatabase which should support decisions in procurement

Empower is supporting UN agencies and Ministries of Health insourcing hard to find medicines and diagnostics, including medicinesfor non-communicable diseases

Empower has conducted several GMP inspections on behalf of procurement agencies for manufacturers based in India

Empower has a pool of GMP inspectors who have national / international experience in conducting GMP inspections

The inspections are carried out in conformance to the current GMP guidelines of WHO

Empower supports various clients in conducting Pre-shipment testing of pharmaceuticals through the empaneled laboratories.
