RE Empower Air Technologies (E.A.T.) is a limited liability company organized under Construction

Products Holding Company (C.P.C.) and managed by the Empower Team.

CPC is a Saudi Joint stock holding company and since 1982, its mission is to provide clients with quality construction products and services as well as add value to their business strategy. CPC operates as a "One Stop Shop” providing consistent services and quality work along with a comprehensive range of building materials and services under one roof.

E.A.T. specializes in the manufacturing and production of all the elements of the Air Distribution Installation along with all of the associated engineering services and technical support.

With factories in both the Western and Central regions of Saudi Arabia and with over 250 sta� and fabricators, E.A.T. can supply over 6,000 tons of ducting and accessories per annum.

The two factories are identical and equipped with state of art machinery mostly out of the USA. The E.A.T. facilities stand among the most developed manufacturing entities of C.P.C.

E.A.T. produces, to the highest international standards:• Rectangular and spiral ducts and �ttings.• Flexible ducts.• All types of dampers.• Access Doors and Plenum Boxes.• VAV Boxes.• Sand Trap Louvers.

The material used are:• Galvanized Iron.• Stainless Steel.• Black Steel.• Aluminium.

The produced products have the option:• Of being Flame Retardant.• Of having double wall construction.• Of being insulated either internally or externally.

In addition, E.A.T. can provide engineering services and technical support in terms of:• Air Distribution Design.• Air Distribution Drawings.• Selection of materials and proposing convenient technical options.

Our vision is to achieve leadership in manufacturing and supply of Air Distribution Products in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region by:

• Setting up enough capacity to cater for the increased market requirement.

• Expanding E.A.T. reach to cover all the markets in KSA, The Gulf and others in the MENA region.

• Developing E.A.T. products o�ering to include Grills, Di�users, Registers, in addition to sound attenuators end acoustic solutions.

• Extending the certi�cations of E.A.T. products to cover all product categories.

Jeddah Factory

• Established in 2010 at the Bahra Industrial Complex.

• The factory size is about 10.000 m2.

• The covered area is almost 2/3 of the total size.

• The output capacity is about 3.000 GI tons per annum.

• The number of employees is 130.

• The team consists mostly of trained fabricators and quali�ed supervisors backed by a number of professional engineers and experienced management personnel.

• The factory serves the demand of the western region projects and the two Holly Mosques.


Riyadh Factory

• Established in 2013 and located in Riyadh Industrial Area.

• The factory is built on a plot of 10.000 m2.

• The covered area is about 6.000 m2.

• The capacity is almost 3.000 GI tons per annum.

• The factory employs 125 employees.

• The employees are trained fabricators and quali�ed supervisors in addition to a team of professional engineers and support sta�.

• An experienced factory manager overlooks the activities of the factory.

• The Riyadh factory supplies the projects in central and eastern provinces of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Princess Noura University | Riyadh

Project: Princess Noura University

Client: Empower/Issa Bin Laden (IBLEC)


The project calls for the construction of a new university for women. The university covers an area of 8 million square meters and is located on King Khalid International Airport Road, north of Riyadh.

The total built up area is around 3 million square meters.The university consists of administration buildings, 13 faculties, a 700-bed student hospital, laboratories, research centers, and residential facilities for students and sta�.The university is designed to house around 26,000 students.

E.A.T. Duct Factories supplied the Princess Noura University project with more than 1,000 GI Tons of duct & 50,000Lm of angle bars.

KAUST Residential Complex consists of almost 2,500 villas.More than 1,000 villas were contracted to Empower Air Technologies for the supply of duct and duct accessories.E.A.T. supplied this project with 300 GI Tons of Duct, 3,000 access doors and 5,000 lm of Flexible duct connector.


King Saud University Neuroscience Center | Riyadh

The Neuroscience Center of the King Saud Bin Abdul Aziz University (KSAU) is a specialized center for neurological, brain and spine/orthopedic disorders and diseases. The Center is located on the KSAU campus.The total built-up area is about 47,830 m2 and accommodates 176 beds.E.A.T. factories will supply over 400 GI tons of Duct and duct accessories to this project.

The Makkah Holy Mosque Hospital is a full-service hospital located in Makkah 800 meters north of the Holy Mosque. The project built – up area is about 66,500 m2 and can accommodate up to 201 beds.E.A.T. Duct Factories supplied almost 500 GI tons of duct and duct accessories to this project.
