Employment Services Package 1 Out of Country

This service applies to those who are currently outside the UAE. Since the potential

employee is out of the country, it is required to obtain an Employment Visa Entry Permit

first to allow the person to enter UAE.

Requirements

The following documents are required to submit at GSD Client Service Center:

Prior to arrival in the UAE 1:Stage

Print out of the online request form (invoice and application form stamped and signed by authorized signatory.)

Photocopy of Passport Copy of the companys Trade License and Establishment Card. Copy of educational certificate ( In case the job title required a certificate as

per our list )

Stage 2: Upon arrival in the UAE

Applicants Original Passport Original Employment visa. Original Signed Employment Contract between Employee and the Employer

(DSO registered company) as per the format of Employment Contract issued

by DSOA.

Eight (8 ) Passport Size Photographs White Background Copy of the registration form for the emirates id (typing to be done through

any of the authorized typing centers across UAE)

Time Frame

GSD processing times have been categorized into three (3) service types;

Regular* - 15 working days

Silver * - 10 working days

Gold* - 5 working days

* This is subject to the Immigration Department security check.

Note

Applicant's passport must have a validity of at least three (3) months Employment Visa / Entry Permit will not be issued to employees who are less

than 18 years old.

Employment Visa / Entry Permit are valid for 60 days from the date of issue. Employment Visa / Entry Permit can be renewed twice for additional 60 days

each time upon expiry of the initial 60 days.

Medical Test Appointment will be arranged by GSD and employees medical test schedule will be communicated through email.

In order to avoid Overstaying Fines, Visa Stamping on the passport must be completed within sixty (60) days starting from the date of arrival.

GSD Employment Services Package includes Entry Permit, Medical Test and ID Card.

Employment Visa / Entry Permit EV EP must be cancelled in the event of non- utilization (failure to enter the UAE).

Certain Nationalities are subjected to DNRD additional checking which might cause some delay in the Entry Permit issuance.
