Demeka Sherman has been highly recommended for the employee of the month. Demeka works with a high volume of individuals with intense medical and behavioral needs. Demeka is passionate and has great work ethics. She is always willing to help individuals in any way and is a great mentor to them. Demeka has proven to be a team player and a great advocate.

All AON staff are responsible to report the
status of the individual on the Imanage Log
and on the AON call number. IF the Imanage
log is not working, please call every hour to
report.
Taking individuals’ property and/or CSC’s
property for personal use is violation of
company policy and violation individuals’
rights. This includes using the company
vehicle and Wi-Fi /internet for personal use.
Individual’s health and safety is our #1 goal.
Please avoid bringing your personal laptops to
the ALU. Personal calls should be limited.
Staff should pay undivided attention to the
individual served while at Work.
All paperwork must be completed during your
shift. Make sure MARs , BM charts, Blood
pressure logs and blood glucose logs are
completed on time and accurately.
Incident reports should be completed
immediately and submitted to the Program
Coordinator.
Make sure individuals are drinking enough
fluid. Follow the diet plan and avoid buying
fast food and food with high sugar content for
the individuals.
If staff are calling the nurse, Make sure to
complete the nursing log on time. Any
medication issue needs to be reported
immediately to the supervisor.
