EligibilityEmployees and their families, either through their own initiative or through referral from their workplace, may use EAP services. There is no cost to employees for sessions provided when using their EAP benefits.
Employees are your most valuable resource. Each year, one in every five employees, or 20 percent of your work force, suffers from a personal problem that inhibits productivity – theirs, yours, and all too often that of their co-workers. When employees are not working to full capacity, your business suffers.
Mercy EAP acts as a partner with employers in providing professional, confidential assistance to employees and their families through their own initiative or through a referral from their workplace.
Services include: Assessment, referral and follow-up services
Short-term counseling
Management consultation
Critical Incident Stress Management services
Onsite workshops
Drug and alcohol supervisor trainings
