A young man of 22 years who is from North
India and is looking for a software job in Bangalore, the Silicon City of India.
He has done his Bachelor of Engineering specialized in Information Science.
STAKEHOLDER
Finding a job in Bangalore will take some time as
his percentage is not that great
He is not well versed with puzzle solving; which usually is asked in some interviews
He thinks the local language is difficult to understand and speak.
THINK
He feels that his communication skills is not
great.
He feels that Bangalore is the right place to get his dream job.
He feels that there are many friends and senior who can help him in finding vacant positions in different companies.
FEEL
His has couple of interviews lined up and he is
preparing for the technical questions.
He says travelling in Bangalore is very difficult for people who haven’t got their own conveyance. Although he is happy travelling in the local buses that are plenty.
He says that certain recruiters say they will get back soon but they never come back.
SAY
He is applying for jobs on many job portals that are very
famous.
He is contacting his seniors and checking for referrals so that he can get an interview call.
He has also submitted his resume to head hunters and job consulting firms.
He is improving his English communication by various means like reading books, news paper, watching English movies.
