FEEL DO
I have got many ideas, but I do not know how to put them into practise.I have learned too much theory. With the passage of time, I feel I forget some concepts. At the moment, I am a bit confused, so I have no idea.It is very hard to find a job if you do not have experience.I would rather prefer a different learning method, more practical.
SAY
Universities should include practical programmes or, at least, change a bit the way in which they teach (it is too theoretic). In this context, a good option could be doing internship.Government or powerful entities should promote contracts between recently graduates and firms to benefit students.
THINK
Entrepreneurs do not run the risk of hiring students because they are not expertise.Hiring a graduate imply spending time on teaching them the job, so companies prefer to engage professionals.According to her personal experience, it is very hard to find a job in the first 2-3 years right after one finishes one’s studies.
