1st - Recognize you are being abused

2nd - Contact one or more of the organizations with professionals dedicated and trained to help

people facing this type of abuse and more

3rd - Follow the advice. Do not sweep these issues under the rug!

1. Educate yourself

2. Educate others by word of mouth

3. Start an organization offering free-phone counseling.
