MAP!

This month, we meant to talk about “The Career Map of the Youth”.. On one side, we are looking for the answer for ‘ what problems occur while the youth is building up its career?’’ and on the other side, we are also going to share brief information about first EMLT kick-off meeting to introduce our team with you.

We, as the EMLT Team, are strongly interested in the way you manage your career! In this bulletin, we will share the answers for the questions that we asked to youth.

And as all you know, we are a great family with lots of members both from national and international. We came closer with our partners and as you can follow us via the social media, we spent good time talking and brainstorming… Our first kick-off meeting was held in Eskisehir focusing on the targets we mentioned in our previous bulletin. We built up our way in EMLT as how it is going to be for your career!! We are sure that, this will also attract your attention.

To make it clearer, we can briefly say that, EMLT is the sum of all studies which aim to help youth find their own way for the future work life. Then, here is the question..

How can EMLT manage this? EMLT is the combination of the experiences of the partners which strongly emphasizes the importance of the skills that never

should be ignored.

Regarding all these, in the first meeting we define the important points, agreed with the processes and the work packages

those are the research, implementation and the evaluation stages. Each partner gave a presentation which

indicates the situation in their country and their contributions to EMLT in the process. As a

result of this meeting, we again understand that educated unemployment is not the

problem of just Turkey but also is the problem in the European area.
