1. I am a self-employed business consultant, specializing in media and television.

2. I have been in the industry for 15 years now. 3. I have known Mr. Gozon for at least 10 years now, and he is an overly

cautious businessman. 4. We have worked together in several media projects and in fact, we

have used to be business partners. 5. Mr. Gozon invited me to partner up with him in such business because

according to him, although he knew that such venture had a lot of potential, it was very risky.

6. He told me he would prefer and would feel at ease if he had a business partner in such investment.

7. According to him, he never made an uncertain business investment unless he had a business partner to back him up.
