Beginning June 1, diners at Emeril’s Orlando may take a culinary tour through one of Chef ’s Emeril’scookbooks. For the months of June and July, the restaurant is f eaturing a $30, three-course dinner menu,f eaturing classic recipes f rom two of Emeril’s cookbooks, From Emeril’s Kitchens (f eatured in June) and Emerilat the Grill (f eatured in July).
