Founded by the European Project Enthalpy, is being
constructed a completely new pilot plant (300 l/h),
with the aim to study the combination of:
• Energy sources: conventional gas and thermal
solar energy up to 160ºC
• Heating technologies: direct steam, indirect
interchange, microwave at 915 MHz and
radiofrequency at 27 MHz.
On milk and milk products.

How we can help you?
The pilot plant is well equipped and its design allows
great flexibility, in testing and training.
Product tests:
• Rental of the pilot plant testing of new products
using the drying plant.
• Development and study of new ingredients.
• Both theoretical and practical training of
personnel, ex handling equipment, CIP (Cleaning
in Place).
