FIRE EVACUATION:

Grab some form of communication.

Find the nearest and safest exit to use

Go to Service Entrance (get as far away from the building as possible).

Account for your buddy.

FIRE SAFETY TIPS:

Feel on each door’s (without a window) knob to see if it’s hot or cool. If it is hot, go to another door. If no other door is accessible, cover the bottom of the door with damp towels/clothing. If there is another door use it.

Look for the smoke and go away from it to exit to designated meeting area.

If you are on fire and can’t get to a shower, STOP, DROP, and ROLL!!!!

TORNADO SAFETY TIPS:

If there is a tornado WATCH (watch out, the conditions are right), be prepared to seek shelter. If there is a tornado WARNING (this is your warning, a funnel cloud has been spotted), seek shelter immediately.

Stay away from glass windows and parked vehicles.

If you’re out in the open, lie flat in any type of depression.

You can drive at right angles to the tornado’s path in order to outdistance it.
