Photos that are taken at an event might appear on social media and in internal NetApp communications.

Sponsors will receive a contact list of all attendees who give consent to share personal information unless

otherwise noted in the sponsorship agreement.

SPONSOR ELIGIBILITY

Eligibility to be a Partner Academy sponsor

is limited to companies that have a current

partnership agreement in good standing with

NetApp or that are in the process of creating

a partnership with NetApp. Companies

that do not meet these criteria will require

an explicit endorsement from NetApp. All

sponsors must be in good credit standing

with NetApp, with no past-due amounts.

NetApp reserves the right to reject or cancel

any application or agreement for sponsorship.
