Step 3 Obtain a firm quote and HPe Financial Services DocumentationWewillconfirmthefinalfinancingrateandpreparethenecessarydocumentsforthecustomertoreviewandsign.DocumentsareavailableimmediatelythroughPartnerConnectionorin24hoursorlessfromanHPEFinancialServicesrepresentative.

Step 4 Credit and Shipping authorizationHPEFinancialServiceswillprovideaVendorAuthorizationLetter(VAL)oncethecorrectlyexecutedfinancingdocumentationhasbeenreceived,includingtheAnti-MoneyLaunderingSurvey,andallcreditconditionsforshipmenthavenbeenmet.

Step 5 Delivery and InstallationDeliverandinstalltheequipmentfollowingreceiptoftheVAL.YouwillneedtoprovidetoHPEFScopiesand,later,originalsoftheinvoices.Invoicesmustincludethemanufacturerpartnumber,description,unitprice,quantityandserialnumbers.Ifyouhaveyourowninternalpartnumbersorreferences,pleaseprovidetheoriginalmanufacturerpartnumbersalso.

Step 6 Certificate of acceptanceFollowingequipmentdeliveryandinstallation,havethecustomersigntheCertificateofAcceptance(CoA)andsendtheoriginaltoHPEFinancialServices.TheexecutedCoAlegallystartsthefinancingorleasecontract.PleaseensurepromptavailabilityofthesignedCoA.

Step 7 SettlementOncealldocumentshavebeenreceivedandcreditconditionshavebeenmet,wewillpaytheinvoices.Thisprocesstakesapproximately1-2businessdaysaftertheCoAhasbeenreceivedorequipmenthasbeendeemedaccepted.Paymentwillbemadedirectlytoyourbankaccount.PleasenotethatHPEFinancialServicescansplitpaymentsbetweendistributorsandresellersasneeded.
