Safety Message

This is a signalling message concerning an event (which occurred on board or was observed at sea)which represents a danger for navigation. The ship is not immediately in danger, but it is not undercommand. It could be in danger depending on the circumstances.

These messages can be sent to all stations or to a determined coastal station (DSC)(or by tele, these are then messages preceded by TTT)
