How do you manage symmetrix? symmcli or ECC? Ans. should be through symmcli. 3. What is Architectural difference between legacy symmetrix with current DMX? Ans. Direct MAtrix Architecture, point to point topology. 4. What are mirror positions in DMX? Ans. there are 4 mirror positions (M1, M2, M3 an d M4). M1 and M2 used for std device M3 used for BCV or SRDF M4 used for SRDF or BCV 5. Whats the command to create meta? Ans. Form meta from device config=striped or concatanated stripe_size-1920; 6.
