Kevin Dobbs, CEO, Montclare Kevin is the founder and CEO of Montclare, a leading advisory firm exclusively focused on building profitable SaaS businesses. Kevin is an Oracle alumni who started his career working with industry icons Marc Benioff, Craig Conway and Tom Siebel. He also held executive management positions with Edify, Workscape, Kadiri and Workstream where he was responsible for developing each company's new SaaS products and businesses. Active in the SaaS community, Kevin is frequently a speaker at SaaS and Cloud Computing industry events. Janice D'Aloia, Mo'mix Solutions Janice is on the leadership team of Mo'mix Solutions, a Business Intelligence software provider and system integrator of Performance Center Cloud Business Intelligence. Janice has over 25 years of experience in the field of ERP application software, consulting services, and business intelligence. She has broad experience in a variety of industries including government, education, transportation, retail, hospitality, and manufacturing. Her expertise includes business intelligence solutions, engagement and project management, business process improvement, and change management. During her tenure at Oracle, her focus was specifically on HCM software solutions. Janice has worked with clients using a number of HCM software solutions, remains active in the user group community and is frequently called upon to offer expertise on HR Best Practices.
