Adding Delivery Information

ToEnter the e-mail address you want the form sent to.

Helpful Tips

•Create your Submit URL page prior to creating a form. (example: submit success)

•Be sure to click the Insert Form button when you are done adding your fields.

•Once the form is inserted onto the page you can edit the titles, add missing spaces and do other formatting to make it look the way you want it to.

•The Email Form Builder works best using Internet Explorer
