Resending the detailed email again so that some action is taken.

I have relocated from Hyderabad to Gurgaon on 23/03/2014, GC No is 4365266. On reaching Gurgaon on 1st

April 2014, I found that the dining table base has been completely broken.

The base was improperly packed and not properly loaded in the truck which was the reason it got broke.

I have put the dining table base's price as Rs 5000 though it costs much above Rs. 15000 as the charges for

insurance is separate. This is the second time I have used your services and I have to say the services are pretty

ordinary in comparison to the hefty sum you charge and damage settlement is pathetic.

I have also used a local packers and movers earlier for relocating the same goods who charged a meager

sum of Rs. 15000 to relocate entire goods in comparison to Rs. 50000 charged by Agarwals. With the

difference amount of Rs. 35000, I can get anything repaired or purchase anything then why should I go for

your services.

Today is 17th April and I have been continuously following up with Agarwal team and trying to reach Riya and

Saksham for claim and damages but so far have seen no response at all. The message with GC details and

address was sent to her on 1st April and again today.

As claimed in your website, any claim is settled by the agarwal team in 14 days but doesn't appear the same

in reality.

Unfortunately, one of your ground staff during unloading process told me clearly that you will get tired

making calls and emails but no one will come to address your issue and this is coming out to be true in

my case.

I request you to take concrete action in the matter and get my dining table repaired or refund the claim amount.
