Email Client Set Up Instructions – Apple iPad/iPhone iOS6
Following are step-by-step instructions for setting up your sentco.net email on your Apple iPad/iPhone.
1. From the Home screen touch the Settings icon (this icon may be in a different location depending on how your device is set up).
2. In Settings, touch Mail, Contacts, Calendars then choose Add Account…
3. For email account type choose Other.
4. From the Other screen choose Add Mail Account.
5. Complete the New Account fields with your sentco.net email account information then choose Next.
6. On the following screen choose POP then complete the fields with your sentco.net email account information. The sentco.net host name is mail.sentco.net for both the incoming and outgoing mail servers. Choose Save.
7. A notification will appear that reads “Cannot Connect Using SSL. Do you want to try setting up the account without SSL?” Choose Yes.
8. Another notification will appear that reads “Cannot Verify Server Identity. Preferences cannot verify the identity of “mail.sentco.net”. Would you like to continue anyway?” Choose Continue.
9. Your account is now set up and ready to use on your iPad/iPhone. You can access your inbox by choosing the Mail icon on your home screen (this icon may be in a different location depending on how your device is set up).
