iii. Transportation survey

Activity 3.3: Appreciation of demography, housing, socio-economy, industry, legal, regulatory and

institutional development of the study areaActivity 3.4: Assessment of physical and social infrastructure, ecology and environment, hazard and

vulnerability and cultural and heritage conservation assets

Activity 3.5: Prepare an Integrated geo-spatial database collecting and collating appropriate data with

various sectoral plans

Stage IV: Validation Workshops

Activity 4.1: Validation Workshop with the Stakeholders

Activity 4.2: Submission of Validation Workshop Reports and base map after modification (if any)

Stage V: Interim Report on the proposals on Integrated Strategic Urban Development Plan

(ISUDP) with Final MapsActivity 5.1: Undertake visioning exercise, formulate the objectives and evaluate and arrive at plans and

recommendations at different scales through public participative consultation mode

Activity 5.2: Generate scenarios and alternative features for set objectives

Activity 6.1: Demand forecasting for Draft ISUD Plan on the following sectors

i. Demographic, housing, socio-economic and enterprise forecasting

ii. Integrated land-use, physical and social infrastructure and service demand forecasting

iii. Legal, regulatory and institutional development option generationiv. Preparation of zoning regulation/ development control guidelines and appropriate

recommendations of FAR normsActivity 6.2: Preparation of the urban area management plans such as Transportation Plan, Environment

Management Plan, Disaster Management Plan and Cultural and Heritage Conservation Plan

Activity 6.3: Preparation of criteria for phased development and implementation plan
