TARGET GROUP 1
Students registered in one of the Partner Universities with a minimum of 1 year previous university studies and academic staff currently enrolled in or employed by one of the Partner Universities. Applicants must be nationals of the Asian Countries targeted by the project (Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Mongolia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, The Philippines and Vietnam).

2) having obtained a university degree or equivalent by an institution in the countries targeted.

Who falls under TG3?Who falls under TG3?Examples of EM Programme Guide:1) having a refugee status or asylum beneficiaries (international or
according to the national legislation of one of the European recipient countries)
2) it can be proved that they have been the object of unjustified expulsion from university on racial, ethnic, religious, political, gender or sexual inclination
3) they belong to an indigenous population targeted by a specific national policy or IDPs (Internally Displaced Persons)
!!Definition of Target group 3 candidates is not fixed but it can vary according to the specific needs of the countries involved in the project

Mobility LevelsMobility Levels • Undergraduate: TG1 students enrolled in undergraduate programs that have
successfully completed at least one year of their studies. TG3 students who have obtained a secondary school diploma.
• Master: TG1 students currently enrolled in a master program. TG2 and TG3 students who have finished their undergraduate studies, hold a degree granting access to master studies.
• Doctorate: TG1 students or young researchers currently enrolled in a doctoral program at their home University. TG2 and TG3 students or young researchers who have completed a master, hold a degree granting access to doctoral studies.
• Post-doctorate: Young researchers holding a doctoral degree.
• Staff: Academic staff or administrative staff working in the International Affairs Departments, regularly employed at one of the Asian partner universities.
