Whilst the primary focus of Intuit Advisory has

traditionally been driven by providing business

owners and executive management with the

setting and implementation of strategy, the need

to identify, engage and develop emerging leaders

has never been more important.

• Support the ELP for its intended life span, typically 18 months

• Allow a minimum of 3 days paid time p.a. for each participant

• Fund a minimum of $X,000 p.a.

• Willingly undertake & complete the Program

Whilst the program is structured around

the five core competency modules the

depth, breadth and delivery mix is based

entirely upon the needs of each client and

the participants.

The investigate, plan and build phases are

undertaken by Intuit Advisory at a cost

of $3,500 to $4,500 + GST. The program

timeframe and content is determined as

an outcome of this process.

The Intuit Advisory ELP has not been

designed as a sugar hit learning &

development activity. Rather, the

approach requires participants to make a

commitment to continuous learning and

implementation of that learning as they

work through the program.

For this reason it is suggested that the

program be run over an 18 month period

with review and refinement at the end of

each 6 month period.

Intuit Advisory is able to deliver a range

of inter-active half day workshops at a

cost of $1,700 + GST. Externally sourced

specialist trainer one day sessions

typically cost $3,000 - $4,000 + GST.

Participant attendance at other seminar or

conferences and associated costs is solely

at the discretion of the client. Similarly, if

one on one coaching and/or mentoring

was considered desirable the same logic

applies.

A program group of 8 -12 participants is

viable. Therefore assuming 2 specialist

trainer days and 1 half day workshop for

each six month period, the cost would

be in the order of $10,000 + GST which

equates to approximately $1,000 + GST

per participant.
