• Always request that participants run the audio set-up wizard (tools-audio-audio setup wizard) and encourage use of headsets. Remind participants to turn off mic once they finish talking.
• Encourage plenty of interaction through icebreakers, polls, quizzes and discussion
• Preload slides and multimedia content before the event• Explore accessibility options (e.g closed captioning) and check
