IntroductionHello, my name is Elisabeth Joy Ennis. I am a

student at Campbell University in Mr. Dean Olah’s Technology in Education class. First and foremost I am a Christian and love my Savior Jesus Christ. My brothers and I have always been taught to put our family before ourselves, therefore my family is an important part of my life. I am of Irish and Cherokee decent. In my free time I enjoy reading my Bible, playing beach and indoor volleyball, going to the beach or mountains, and eating chocolate.

There are five members in my family: my mom, my dad, my two younger brothers and myself.

The last name Ennis is also the name of a County in the country of Ireland. My father’s side is of Irish decent, whereas my mother’s side is of Cherokee Indian decent.

On Christmas we carry out different Irish traditions. One of these Irish traditions is placing a candle in eachwindow. The candle is a symbol of welcome for Mary and Joseph as they travelled for a place to stay.
