Eliminating Stinkin Thinkin To be able to eliminate your limiting beliefs, negative self-talk and overall stinkin thinkin you have to take three steps. Recognize, Replace and Reframe. Recognize: Catch yourself in the moment. Is this belief helping me live my best life? Is this thought helping me achieve a goal? Is what I’m thinking factual? Is thinking this way holding me back? Replace: Whatever the negative thought was, replace it. Find a positive way to look at it, replace it with an affirmation, spin the thought around. Reframe: Do some constructive thinking and reframe the thought. Think about what specifically is standing in the way. Ask yourself what is actually difficult about what you are trying to do. Reassess your goals and think about how what you need to do to achieve them. The goal is to recognize when you have stinkin thinkin, correct your thought process by replacing the negative with a positive and reframing your thoughts to better help you achieve your goals. To be able to eliminate your limiting beliefs, negative self-talk and overall stinkin thinkin you have to take three steps. Recognize, Replace and Reframe.

Recognize: Catch yourself in the moment.
