Eligibility for Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) Program of Canada

The applicant is not a recipient of an award from Government of Canada whereupon the applicant is required to return to his/her home country to apply their skills and knowledge, orIf the applicant has received such an award, the conditions/terms of the award are satisfied.
