After a decade at IBM he joined Information Builders as Client Executive, Insurance and after 6 years was promoted to North American Sales Manager, Insurance Solutions. In just one year he was promoted again to Sales Director, North American Insurance Business Solutions. As Director, Insurance Sales, North America James transformed the highly pro�itable insurance business from 6th to the top industry of twelve, growing from $11M to $18M in the last 2 years.
