CERTIFICATION OF PASSAGE OF AN ACT TO THE GOVERNOR

This is to certify that Bill No. 112, "An Act to amendSection 11822 of the Government Code of Guam to extend thescholarships for Vietnam \~ar orphans to orphans of veterans'of the Korean War, and to add a new Section 9 to Public Law11-72, Ele~enth Guam Legislature, relative to appropriationto the Island Court of Guam", which was heretofore passedand thereafter on December 1, 1971, returned to the Legis­lature without the approval of the Governor was in accor­dance with the Organic Act of Guam, reconsidered by theLegislature ana after such reconsideration the Legislaturedid on the 16th day of December, 1971, agree to pass saidbill notwithstanding the objections of' the Governor by avote of more than two-thirds of all the members thereof,to wit: by a vote of 17 members.
