' ELEVENTH GUAM LEGISLATURE 1971 (FIRST) Regular Session CERTIFICATION OF PASSAGE OF AN ACT TO THE GOVERNOR This is to certify that Bill No. 112, "An Act to amend Section 11822 of the Government Code of Guam to extend the scholarships for Vietnam \~ar orphans to orphans of veterans' of the Korean War, and to add a new Section 9 to Public Law 11-72, Ele~enth Guam Legislature, relative to appropriation to the Island Court of Guam", which was heretofore passed and thereafter on December 1, 1971, returned to the Legis- lature without the approval of the Governor was in accor- dance with the Organic Act of Guam, reconsidered by the Legislature ana after such reconsideration the Legislature did on the 16th day of December, 1971, agree to pass said bill notwithstanding the objections of' the Governor by a vote of more than two-thirds of all the members thereof, to wit: by a vote of 17 members.
