A good example is a Specific Document Search (e.g. Patents, Scientific Publications,Contracts, Financial Filings, M&A news, Valuation information, Partnerships, Regulatory changes, Laws underconsideration etc.) by Industry Vertical or Application. These are one off requests and are requested as needed(different from the monitoring services described below).Document delivery formats for customers: Pdf, Powerpoint, Word, Excel etc. No client contracts are needed. Alldata is provided on a non-exclusive basis. Other standard Terms & Conditions apply.Ongoing Monitoring Services:These services involve frequent monitoring of data and reporting it to clients in various formats (refer to nextslide). A good example is Competitor Intelligence where we can monitor a set of your competitor developmentsover a period of time. Other examples incl. IP Intelligence, R&D Intelligence, Customer Intelligence, InnovationIntelligence, Market Intelligence etc.All data is delivered on a non-exclusive basis only. Usually, a one page client contract applies that describes thesubscription scope, duration of monitoring & cost. Other standard Terms & Conditions apply.Premium Services:These are very advanced & complex assignments that involve detailed customer contracts. These complexassignments (e.g. M&A target analysis, Strategy review of Market Space, Productivity solutions described on ourwebsite etc.) are usually handled on an exclusive basis and involve detailed customer contracts and userrequirements. Note- The external data provided in these assignments will be offered non-exclusively.
