SCAA is going green! To register for the Annual Conference, please visit scaaonline.com. You may either pay online via credit card or request an invoice for payment by check or credit card. For regis-tration assistance, please contact SCAA Headquarters at 877-359-7222.

ATTENDEE REGISTRATION RATES

Attendee registration includes access to the full conference agenda, meals and receptions.

• $350 MEMBER - “Early Bird” Registration (on or before December 31, 2019)• $400 NON-MEMBER - “Early Bird” Registration (on or before December 31, 2019)• $400 MEMBER - on or after January 1, 2020• $450 NON-MEMBER - on or after January 1, 2020• $250 Spouse Registration (required if spouse attends ANY event)

GOLF (Optional)

Play golf and support a great cause! Proceeds from golf will benefit the SCAA Scholarship Fund. Golf will occur at nearby Myrtlewood Golf Club, and players/teams are responsible for their own transpor-tation. SCAA will schedule tee times for players and teams. Registration includes a round of golf, cart and boxed lunch. For convenience and in support of SCAA’s initiative to go green, registration can be completed at scaaonline.com. You may either pay online via credit card or request an invoice for payment by check or credit card. Please note sponsorship invoices must be paid no later than February 1, 2020, to guarantee on-site sponsorship benefits.

SCAA has negotiated a discounted room rate of $125 per night plus fees and taxes. To secure this rate, please make your reservation with Marriott Grande Dunes by January 15, 2020. The group rate cannot be guaranteed after this date. You may reserve online by clicking through from the Annual Conference page on scaaonline.com or by calling Marriott at 1-800-228-9290 and requesting the SC Aviation Association discounted room rate of $125.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

SCAA has a staggered Annual Conference cancellation/refund policy:

• 100% refund on 2020 Annual Conference cancellations made on or before January 15, 2020. • 50% refund on 2020 Annual Conference cancellations made January 16 – January 31, 2020. • No refunds on cancellations made on or after February 1, 2020.

Please note, canceling your Annual Conference Registration will not cancel your hotel reservation. Please contact the hotel directly to cancel your room reservation and avoid charges.
