CLEAVER VERIFICATION SERVICE

Celemetrix Australia offers a Cleaver Verification Service - $479 +GST which includes the following:

• Basic cleaning of unit, including complete strip down and rebuild where required.• Inspection of fibre pad / gasket for prime condition• Inspection of top rubber pusher• Inspection of V-groove• Blade rotation and height adjustment as required• Adjustment of blade slide bearing assembly

Please note that the complete test and verification is performed using

either FSM-60S or 60R, depending on cleaver use.

Celemetrix also offers replacement of the following parts where required, (subject to availability), at

additional charge:

• Cleaver blades• Fibre gaskets• Blade slide bearing assemblies• Top rubber pushers• Fibre V-Grooves• Off cuts rollers / assemblies• Off cuts bins

Please note that further adjustments are covered under the Cleaver Verification Service Fee.

CLEAVER REPAIRS

Please note that if your cleaver requires any repairs you will be quoted to send the equipment for

service at a 3rd party supplier.
