Elemental Analysis Matrix Reference Materials CatalogueNMI’s matrix reference materials for elemental analysis are intended for method validation and quality control of elemental analysis methods.
The MX series of reference materials have certified values for selected elements which have been determined with high accuracy measurement techniques and rigorous assessment of method precision, method trueness, homogeneity and stability. Measurement uncertainty has been estimated in accordance with ISO-GUM. Certified Reference Materials produced by NMI are provided with analysis reports and SDS, and are prepared in accordance with our accreditation from NATA to ISO 17034 General requirements for the competence of reference material producers.
Reference values for other elements are from NMI’s interlaboratory proficiency tests. Using the results obtained, the best estimate of the reference values for the individual trace metal content of each material was assigned.
The AGAL series of reference materials have reference values from interlaboratory testing.
