We stock numerous types of Thermocouple cable. Our vast range includes single and multi-pairs ranging from two to twenty-four pairs. We offer cables with heat resistant PVC, flame retardant PVC, XLPE / LSZH, Mica / XLPE / LS0H, PFA / PTFE, fibreglass or silicone rubber insulation. Bespoke cables can usually be manufactured or adapted quickly, and can be supplied in small or large quantities to suit your application requirements.

Service, Calibration & Inspection

Calibration of your process equipment will ensure that your application is working at the optimum point of production.

Calibration discovers measurement errors, detects non-conforming instruments and allows you to address a root cause of product quality problems. We can offer on-site calibration of Temperature Probes from -35 to 1100⁰C and Humidity Probes from 0-100%rh.

We provide calibration services for any make and model of instrumentation from any supplier as a one-off service or we offer service contracts from one to five years. Calibration can be carried out on-site or we can collect equipment to take off-site at our accredited laboratory.

Inspections

Electroserv+ inspection services are available for new plants requiring initial verification or existing works needing periodic inspection. We perform the following services:
