First connect the 16Vac. transformer, and then 12Vdc. 7Ah. Battery of the panel. Red light will start flashing on the panel. Press Alarm keypad “#” and AUTHORISED MENU will appear on screen. Enter Factory settings password 1-2-3-4-5-6 and wait for a long beep signal for approval to enter the program menu.

This password will reset the alarm. On line 21 on AHM, press “A”key followed by “B” key to enter the previous menu or directly enter the menu number. Press “C”key to enter the menu and press “C” key again to save the changes. Press “D”key to exit the menu without saving, press “D”key again to exit the main menu.

Below are the details of the programming menus.

INSTALLATION and PROGRAMMING

With this menu you can add new user passwords or change the existing passwords. Press ''A''to choose the password you want to change and enter the new password using the keypad. Press ''C'' to save changes. If the password already exits in the system, you will hear short beep signals for error.

If you want to use these menus with Master Password , go to Menu 43 to change the authorisation of the alarm user.This is a solution to avoid the alarm user to use the technical menus by mistake. Press “#” on alarm keypad for 2 seconds and TECHNICAL will appear on screen. Enter Factory settings password 4-5-6-7-8-9 and wait for a long beep sound for confirmation.

With this menu you can change the lenght of the system password - except the tehcnical password.It can be 3,4,5 or 6 digits long. The main point here is that all passwords except the technical password will be deleted and Admin Password will be *123 for 3 digits, *1234 for 4 digits, *12345 for 5 digits and *123456 for 6 digits. Technical password will stay the same. After completing this operation, go to Menu 1 to set the passwords.

With this menu you set the alarm zone in 3 different types;1-NORMAL: Alarm detectors work without a sabotage protection. The alarm will not notice case of intervention on the detection cables and detectors. This option is not recommended ( Factory settings)2-RESISTANCE : Alarm detectors work only when the alarm is set.3-TAMPER :Alarm detectors work in full sabotage protection mode. In case of any intervention, whether the alarm is set or not, the alarm will notice. This option should be used where high protection is necessary.In all options the alarm will notice the intervention of the power cables.

This option will set the alarm when detectors sense.This is a recommended factory settings default option.

This option will set the alarm on a certain time – to be set in menu 15 – after the detectors sense.If the detectors senses the second time , the alarm will be set.This option should be used where detectors may sense incorrectly because of insects, unstable heat and light. This option is not recommended for normal cases. Select this option and press 'C' and 3 different opitons will appear.

This option should be used if some time is needed during the enterance and exit of the alarm user. The time can be set from Menu 13 and 14. This option is recommended if detectors are connected to door enterences. ( Factory settings) This option should be used if the alarm user does not need time before enterance or exit . Recommended for places like window and balcony, where delay is not needed.

This option should be used when alarm user will first use the Delay Zone and then the Instant Zone. The only difference is that this option will work when the delay zoneis on.Otherwise FOLLOW option will be on.

This option should be used when a panic button is connected to the system. When pressing the button, the system will send a signal to the Alarm Contact Center without any visual or audio message. This option makes it possible for the Banks or Jewelery stores to send a signal without any panic.

FIRE 24 HOURS: This option should be used when there are smoke and heat detectors.If this option is selected ALARM (-) port will be active and only fire detectors will be on power.In case of fire, press 'C' to stop the power of the detectors for a time, specified in Menu 16. This and the other options after this one, the zone will be on whether the alarm is set or not.

This option should be used if there is an external siren connectionto the system.Tamper connections are entered to the zone to avoid sabotage.

10 ZONE PARTITION

The authorisation for setting a zone of passwords and cards can be set with this menu.You can make partitions in your system by giving every password and card, a different authorisation for setting up zones.

On the left corner you will see numbers 123456 and on the right corner are the passwords and cards starting from 01. LINE. Factory settings come with authorisation for all passwords and cards to set zone. With numbers 1-6, you can add/remove autorisation of the zones.The zone without authorisation is shown with X. Press A and the line number to select the other passwords and cards authorisation.

With this menu you can select the alarm of each zone with siren or silent. Silent zones willnot alert with siren but will connect to Alarm Monitoring Station. With numbers 1-6 activate/

With this menu you can set the time if there is a smart detector. You can enter time between 20-225 seconds. As mentioned above in Menu 10 on the second sense of the detector will alert. After this time is finished the detector will ignore.

14 - CLEVER TIME

This menu is for hearing the sound of alarm set up and cancel from the siren. Factory settingsdefault is OFF. Press 1 to turn it ON, 2 for OFF. When alarm is ON once for 0,5 seconds, and 3 times for 0,3 seconds when alarm is OFF only alarm input (+) will be active. So that you will beable to hear when it is ON / OFF.

With this menu you can program the (+) and (-) time for the alarm. The system has two differentalarm inputs. This menu is to check the dialtone of the landline the system is connected to. You will see 'LINE TEST ' on the screen, after entering all the passwords to set up the system.The system isready after receiving the dial tone. If the system does not receive a dial tone in 15 seconds youwill see ' NO LINE' on screen an hear an error message and the system is set up without thedialing module after 3 seconds. If the system receives a dial tone after the set up, it will automatically switch on the dialing module. If the landline connection is lost after set up, there will be an alarm for once. Before switching on this option, you must go to Menu 35 to test the landline and make sure there is a dial tone.

Use this menu if you want the alarm to work realtime. Use the keypad to enter the time according to 24 hours and save with 'C'. The alarm will be on either the zones are on or off.AMS number 23.

MESSAGE and press 'C'. When you see ' SPEAK' on the screen , approach 30cm. to the microphone on the right hand side of the keypad and start speaking with a normal voice. Connect DAP-06R proximity card reader to the system using the diagram on page 4 and press'C'. The sign 'ACTIVE' will flash on the card reader, start reading the cards to be used in the system.After each card you will see the line number for the card.If the system will be connectedto an Alarm Monitoring Station , the user names of the cards should be informed to the AMS. The system can have maximum 20 cards. The 20th card is in the same status as Emergency Password.When the 20th card is read, Emergency status will be sent.You can set zone authorisation of the cards with the numbers you set in Menu 10.

ALARM ARM /DISARMTo use the alarm, there should be at least 1 user password or 1 promixity card card saved in the system and the detectors in the zone should not be detecting in the zone the password or the cardused. If you want to set the alarm during detection press 'C' for 2 seconds. Make sure about this and enter your password or read your card. You will see ' INSTALLING'on the screen and the finishtime descending. In this case, leave the alarm zone. A beep for confirmation will be heard and 'ACTIVE' sign on the screen if all the zones are set, or the information of the zone if partly activated.‘A'for active sign will flash until the alarm is completely finished.

To disarm the alarm, enter zone with the keypad or card reader, if the detectors detected flashingon the keypad is visible or warning tone is heard also a countdown will appear.You need to enteryour password or read you card before this countdown is over.If the correct password is not entered or correct card is not read, alarm sirens will activate.In this case, the system will send information to the Alarm Monitoring Station, if connected or activate the dialer to send voice messages to the saved telephone number. After sending the voice message there will be beep sound and a pause for 2 seconds, the message will be resent in 45 seconds. During this pause if your system has RC-06 Remote Access card, if you enter the keypad adress (1-9) by using your the keypad of your telephone, siren will be off and the microphone on the keypad is activated and the sounds of the alarm zone will be heard. After deciding on the alarm reason press 0 to reactivate the siren and redial if there are different numbers. Press (*) to cancel other calls and stop the siren and go back to alarm active mode.

ALARM USAGE

Load testing; when Alarm is not armed and there is electricty and batteryconnection, system automatically disconnects electricity and loads full poweron battery for 15 sec. every hour, for battery load testing.If battery is lowa short beep warning is heard 3 times. In this case contact your reseller.

ARM/DISARM ALARMIf there is a RC-06 Remote Access card in the system , the telephone number stored in the alarmwill be dialed. The telephone will be answered automatically according to the time set up in Menu 33. If you have set a welcome message in Menu 30 it will be heard.When you enter the alarm user password after the message ends, the microphone on the alarm keypad is turned on,to listen to the sounds and the process also to check if there are intruders inside.In this case,if you enter the password wrong 3 times, the system cancels the remote access until the Master Password is entered. * sign flash on the keypad if the remote access is cancelled.

REMOTE ACCESS USAGE

If you have RC-06 Remote Access and HA-08 Home Automation in the system, the telephone number will be dialed and ring as long as programmed in Menu 33. If you have set a welcomemessage in Menu 30 it will be heard. After entering the factory settings default password 1-2-3-4-5-6, wait for the long beep for confirmation and enter the automation system. Use keys 1-8 to proceed in the automation system. There will be no warning for channels with PUSH BUTTON settings. 1 short confirmation beep for BUTTON active when channel is active and 2 short beeps for deactivewill be heard. If you enter the password wrong 3 times, the system is cancels the remote access until the Master Password is entered. * sign flash on the keypad if the remote access is cancelled. Automation channels can not be controlled other than BUTTON or PUSH BUTTON options. For other options go to Menu 32.

TELEPHONE AUTOMATION USAGE

You can turn on/off the keypad tones for confirmation and error. Press 'D' for 2 seconds for this option. After each pressing, you will hear a short beep and the tones will be on/off.

Alarm keeps ringing and does not stop even if the password is entered!

System is in TAMPER mode in MENU 08-ZONESETTINGS and zones without detector connectionsare not connected to COM port with 1K resistance.Reconnect resistances and re-enter the password.

Continuous (-) output on (-) output! System is in FIRE 24H mode in MENU 09-ZONE

SETTINGS. In this case ALARM (-) output are usedas (-) output for Fire Detectors.

System can not be armed!

Go to MENU 01- CHANGE USER to set a password and use the new password to ARM/DISARM.The new password must have authorisation to enterat least 1 zone in MENU 10-ZONE SETTINGS.

System has no 12 Vdc. output!

System locks outputs to prevent short circuits and1.5 A overcurrents. Check system output cables andthe total system current. OVERCURRENT notice willappear on KEYPAD on MENU-42 EVENT MEMORY.

Dialer is not activated during Alarm!

Check MENU 22-EXT.PHONE, at least 1 phone number must be entered in the system.MENU 23-ALARM DIALER Menu must be 1-ENABLEand 1-4 TUR must be selected.If other settings are entered in Monitoring StationMenus, this feature does not operate.
