Issues:

Solution:

- Develop a data dictionary and standard

formats which will be used in the EHR

media when attending to a patient

Some EHRs do not exactly fit the needs of the healthcare community and HCP work

Double workload for HCPs due to implementation of both manual and electronic record system

Solutions: Make sure the UI of the EHR is user-friendly

Involve HCPs in the design and implementation phase of HER

Intensive planning for the automation of health records
