SAUDI AIRCON was established in the year 1979 by Chairman Mr.Abdullatif Al-Arfaj. The company aimed to provide the complete HVAC solutions to both public & private sectors.

Over 40 years Saudi Aircon has emerged as a specialized company in MEP works & turn key projects. Involving Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing/Drainage, BMS, Fire Protection/ Detection Works . The EPC (Engineering , Procurement, Construction) projects mainly HVAC, District Cooling, High/Low Voltage Sub-Stations, Power transmission, Reticulation Networks (above 1m diameter pipes), Control works, Building Management Systems , Fire Protection Detection Systems.

We have highly skilled direct & indirect manpower resources available to successfully complete any challenging project(s) from initiation, Planning, Construction, Monitoring /Control, Testing, Commissioning, Balacing & Handover.

- Construct District Cooling Plants including ( Chillers , Cooling Towers , CH.W. pumps ,Energy Storage Tank , Chemical Treatment Plants &Valves )- Construct District Cooling Building & Cooling Tower Building.- Construct Energy Transfer Stations including (Variable speed Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Valves).- Install PLC & SCADA SYSTEM, make DC Enterprise integration, On-line modeling covering company wide SCADA reporting.

Supplying, Installation & Replacement:

- All types of Chilled Water System (Air Cooled Chillers, Water Cooled Chillers, PUMPS, Boilers, Cooling Towers, Air Handling Units, and Fan Coil Units).- All types of Refrigerant System (VRV Units, DX Package Units, DX Split Units & Min Split Units Etc.)- All types of above & under Ground Chilled Water Network & Cooling Tower Network included (Black Steel Pipes Seamless or ERW, Underground Pre-Insulated Pipes, Fitting, Supports & Valves).

Fabrication by our Factory & Installation:

- All types of Air Ducting & Cladding (Galvanized Black Steel, Pre-insulated Duct) for A/C, Fresh Air & Exhaust Air.- Fire Rated Air Ducting (Fire rated Galvanized Black Steel or Stainless Steel 304) for Kitchen & Laboratory Fume Hood.- Volume & Splitter Dampers.- Sound Attenuator Equipment.

Maintenance ,Operation & Services:

PROJECT DESCRIPTION.

Dr. Sulaiman AL-Habib Hospital in AL Khobar is the first fully integrated digital health project with Digital Hospital system in the region, with the capacity of 550 beds and 290 clinics on 290.000 m2. The hospital will work on applying virtual healthcare system (Cyber Care) so as to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services for multiple categories of patients depending on the remote healthcare (VCare) via advanced digital and technological systems. Digital Hospital system will enable patients to have an access to medical consultations at work or home around the clock via visual communication services. The patient and the doctor communicate together continuously on medical consultations and dosages. This helps the patient not to go to the hospital in non-emergency situations. The hospital will include 100 beds for intensive care, 50 beds for emergencies, 16 birthing room, 2 equipped cardiac catheterization rooms, and 10 operation rooms.

Representing a novel and custom approach to Sustainable design and construction, the new Saudi Electricity Company Headquarters is intended to become a groundbreaking landmark in the evolution of Riyadh’s Architectural story. SAUDI AIRCON & Associates has developed a strategy that addresses the priorities and long term challenges that the Saudi Electrical Company as sole providers of energy for the Kingdom faces.

The Saudi Electricity Company Headquarters comprises a single city block size campus of four main office buildings, unified by a central podium structure. This podium is the functional and spatial heart of this development, connecting employees from within the four office buildings with each other, and providing access to shared amenities and landscaped recreation roof space. The four main office buildings comprise a horseshoe floorplate surrounding a common, multi-floor enclosed atrium. Open plan floorplates offer highly efficient, flexible and easily adaptable work environments with up to 190 employees per floor with differing operational scenarios. The atria allow natural light into the floorplates of the offices, and serve as social hubs.
