Operate steps of Dimmer and Switch Actions

1With the Lamp in an OFF state, at max. positon, push ON and wait 5

seconds until lamp stablises.

2Turn to min. position. Push OFF and push ON at min. brightness

level.

Turn to max. position. Push OFF and push ON again. The lamp

will appear to flash once at half-brightness level. You have now

entered Minimum Dim Set Mode.

Set your desired min. brightness level. Push OFF and ON once.The lamp will appear at half-

brightness level then return to normal brightness level. It has now configured and saved your settings.

Each step must be performed within 10 seconds, if not,it will time out and auto exit the programme without saving. If you wish to terminate the setting mode,

push OFF whilst the lamp is flashing.

Operate steps of Dimmer and Switch Actions

Set the lamp to max. position whilst in OFF state. Wait for around

5 seconds to push ON, until the lamp appears stable.

2Turn to max. position.

Push OFF and push ON.

Turn to min. position, push OFF and push ON again. Lamp will appear to flash 4 times at half-

bright level. You have now entered TE auto / LE set mode.

DIMMER The knob on my dimmer is wobbly, is this

normal?

Yes, this is due to the weight of the sol id brass and steel

dimmer knob.

DIMMER The electr ic i ty screws you have provided

are too short for my wal ls?

You can purchase screw extensions which wi l l g ive you

another 15-20 mm’s of length.

• For UK back box: M3.5 screw extenders.

• For Swedish back boxes: M3 screw extenders.

DIMMER Who do you specify for your dimming

modules?

We have our own brand of premium dimmer modules,

but we also stock some Vari l ight dimmers which are

special ly adapted to work with our dimmer plates and

dimmer knobs.

DIMMER My dimmer seems to keep on rotat ing and

wont stop?

You have a faulty dimmer we wil l replace this for you.

DIMMER My l ights are f l icker ing or f lashing? One of the following can cause this problem:

• You are below the minimum wattage.

• You are above the maximum wattage.

• You are running LED’s and incandescent l ights on the

same circuit .

• You are running LED’s on a standard dimming module.

• You bulbs are not compatible with our dimming

modules.

DIMMER My plate / l ight switch seems to get very

hot?

This is not good, Please turn off the power and

contact an electr ic ian immediately. Most l ikely they

are overloading the dimming module by going over the

maximum wattage.

DIMMER I am struggl ing to instal l my dimmer, can

you please help / advise?

No, we strongly recommend you contact a cert i f ied

electr ic ian to instal l our products for you.

DIMMER Are your dimmers suitable for use in the

US?

No, our dimmers are not suitable for US use. Our

dimmer are only suitable for European use due to the

CE-cert i f icat ion.

DIMMER Are your dimmers suitable for other

architectural dimming systems?

The dimmers are compatible with Lutron and Rako

dimming system but not cert i f ied or tested on DALI

systems.
