Safety Guide

⚫ Be sure to read this Safety Guide carefully before use for proper use.

⚫ If you do not follow the instructions in the "Safety Attentions", the product may be

wheelchair.

⚫ Users are strictly prohibited from being transported by wheelchair in any form by any

means of transport.

⚫ The user is not allowed to modify the wheelchair without authorization, and the company

is not responsible for any accidents.

⚫ It is strictly forbidden for the user to stand on the pedals, otherwise the wheelchair will fall

over.

⚫ Please do not explore your body while walking, otherwise it will affect the stability of

driving.

Warning！

1、Electric wheelchairs are suitable for driving on more spacious indoors, garden paths and

roads with good road conditions around the home. Do not approach motor vehicles and deep

pit surfaces.When encountering obstacles in front, avoid driving around the road to prevent the

risk of wheelchair tilt.

2、It is not advisable to climb long slopes to avoid overloading the circuit and motor and

consuming too much power.

3、Do not use the inertia to drive the wheelchair up the steps, otherwise it will cause accident

or damage to the wheelchair.

4、The auxiliary wheel installed at the rear is used to prevent the wheelchair from tipping over

when the angle of the uphill is too large,can not be removed.

5、Unless otherwise specified, all wheelchair adjustments should be carried out without a ride.

6、Before using the wheelchair, please check if the armrests, handles, etc. are loose. If so,

please contact a professional technician.

7、Please do not change your posture when you lean back, otherwise the wheelchair will tip

over.

8、The wheelchair should not walk on the escalator, otherwise serious personal injury will

occur.

9、When the person in the wheelchair is to be transferred from the wheelchair to another place,

first keep the wheelchair in the nearest and best position, point the front wheel of the

wheelchair to the place where it needs to be transferred, and confirm that the wheelchair is in

the brake state.

10、 When transporting a wheelchair, please grasp the fixed connection part of the

wheelchair,not the active part, such as the footrest device.

11、When parking is required during driving, simply release the controller handle to reset, and

the electric wheelchair will automatically brake,electric wheelchair can automatically brake when

parking on the slope;for safety, it is recommended to drive to a flat parking and tighten the brakes.

12、Always check if the electrical connector is well connected, if the solid screw is loose,

adjust it in time.

13、The rated load of the wheelchair is 100kg. The user weighs more than 100kg. Please

contact the manufacturer for special order.

14、When the wheelchair is driving on a sloping ground:the user must fasten the seat

belt;When going downhill, if the slope is greater than 5 degrees, the assistant put the

wheelchair back and move forward with careful confirmation;If you are facing forward

when going downhill, it may cause the user to lean forward and fall.

15、During the use of the patient, routine cleaning once a day, when replacing infected

patients,must be thoroughly disinfected with disinfectant.

** The product has a normal service life of 5 years from the date of delivery.

Do not turn off the power when going uphill and downhill,

otherwise it will cause a slope back！

This user manual is applicable to electric wheelchairs, including various types of safety precautions,

function descriptions, and maintenance information.

The graphics in this manual are for user's reference only. Please refer to the actual product

II、Application Scope

This product is used for the elderly walking, disabled people and other groups with weak walking

ability (except for those who cannot judge the exercise environment). It is especially suitable for

short-distance walks in indoor, courtyard, sidewalk and other environments. The ideal travel tool for

the elderly and disabled.

1. Open the wheelchair: Holding the backrest with one hand and holding the front frame to open it

at the same time (Pic 1, Pic 2) till the four-wheel landing and then pressing the bracket to hook the

folding switch iron to the rear frame bushing, the wheelchair is opened.

2. Wheelchair folding: first turn the footplates and armrests up, then pull the folding switch frame

and press down the backrest (Pic 4, 5). The wheelchair can be easily folded.

3. Handle operation: release the handle of the quick release lever to adjust the height of the handle

or remove the handle, the lock will be fixed (Pic 6, 7, 8)

4. Remote control adjustment operation: Release the quick release lever handle to adjust or remove

the remote controller. Locked will be fixed (Pic 9, 10, 11)

6. Controller Installation:The controller is installed on the right by default (if you need to adjust the

installation position, you need to remove the fixing screws of the fixing bracket first, and then

change to the left to install). Insert the control wire connector on the controller and the

corresponding connector on the control box and tighten the connecting nut (Pic 3-1).

When connecting the joints, pay attention to the matching of the slots. The black arrows on the left

and right connectors should be corresponding. Do not force the insertion to prevent damage to the

connector (Pic 3-2).

IV、Using Introduction

1、Electric Wheelchair Operation

（1）After the operator is seated, turn on the power switch of the controller, and after the

prompt is given, the wheelchair is turned on,The LCD shows the current power and remaining

mileage. The system sets the safe start strategy. Please release the joystick when starting up.

Otherwise, the system will be faulty and cannot be turned on;

（2）The speed of the wheelchair is adjusted by the speed adjustment button on the controller. There

are five grades. It is better to use low speed when starting,Real-time speed can be displayed while

driving, and the grade cannot be changed while driving; The first time users recommend driving at a

low speed to avoid accidents due to unskilled operation.

（3）Pull the handle to start slowly, the joystick handle forwards the wheelchair forward,The

joystick handle turns left to the left wheelchair, the joystick handle turns right to the right

wheelchair, and to backwards the wheelchair retreats. After the simple understand, the wheelchair

can be driven freely;

（4）If you need a whistle alarm, press the button marked with the horn symbol on the controller;

（5）The battery is fully charged and displays 5 grids. When the battery is low, the grid is zero or

the battery icon is blinking.It is recommended that when the remaining battery power is insufficient,

please charge it in time to keep the battery fully charged;

（6）Press the power switch for a long time, and turn off the wheelchair after a prompt.

2、Controller Function Description

●Joystick: figure 1 as above, joystick can control the direction and speed of the wheelchair;

●Power Switch: figure 5 as above, when turned on, the power is turned on after the “drop” sounds;

when press power button for 3 seconds to turned off, and the "drop'sounds , the power is turned off

successfully;

●Speed limited grade:Speed limit reduction (Part 2 of the above figure), lowering the maximum

speed limit when pressed;The speed limit added (Part 3 of the above figure), and the maximum

speed limit is increased when pressed.

●Speaker: as figure 6 above,the horn sounds when pressed, and it does not ring if loose;

2、Electronic Brake

This electric wheelchair uses an advanced electronic brake system to stop if let go,do not turn off

the power when going uphill and downhill conditions. If you want stop or get off the wheelchair,

first pull the brakes to ensure that the brakes can be turned off by the two rear wheels to prevent the

wheelchair from slipping automatically. Follow this operation to ensure safe use. Users are advised

to turn off the controller without using a wheelchair to reduce power consumption.

3、Low Battery Smart Brake

（1）Wheelchair with electric and manual 2 driving modes.When it is turned on, the electric

mode is automatically activated;it is the manual mode when it is off.When the user stops, please

tighten the left and right rear brakes.

（2）During the trip, if the power is less than 10%, (part 7 of above figure) ,please charge in

time. It is recommended to tighten the rear wheel brake or turn on the manual mode to seek help

from the caregiver.

（3）In the case of uneven roads, it is also recommended to use the manual mode, which is

boosted by the caregiver to ensure safety.

4、Charging

（1）You must use the special charger provided with your electric wheelchair to ensure safe use.

Plug the charger's charging output plug into the charging socket on the back of the controller;

（2）The charger power plug is plugged into a voltage and frequency matching power supply;

（3）When the charging indicator on the charger turns green, it indicates that the power is

sufficient,(The battery capacity is 6Ah, the charging time depends on the amount of remaining

power in the original battery, and the uncharged new battery is filled for about 4-5 hours for the first

time),unplug the charger and the charging output plug when sufficient.

（4）Charging method:Insert charging head of the charger into the charging port on the bottom of

the remote control, as shown in the figure.

When you want to get up from a wheelchair, When getting on and off the wheelchair,

please do not stand on the footplate directly， attention to fix the rear wheel brake first,

to avoid overturning. prevent the rear wheel from sliding,and then lift

the footplate to ensure safety.

V、Product Maintenance

1. Preventive Examination

⚫ Be sure to check the following items before using, so that the wheelchair is always kept in a

safe state.

⚫ When you need repair, please inform the after-sales service department in time.

a) Attention: Check the screws on the universal wheel, drive wheel, brake and other parts. If

it is loose, please lock it.

b) Do not place the wheelchair in a place that is easily exposed to water.

⚫ Regularly check the screws security.

2. Cleaning,Maintenance& Mantenance Period

Wipe the body with clean water after use every day, and wipe it with a diluted cleaning solution.

Can't be wiped with a detergent such as alcohol！

a) Lubricants should be used to maintain wheelchairs every month.

b) Wash the seat cushion, back cushion & armrest regularly with warm water and diluted soapy

water.

2、Product storage and transportation conditions and methods

STORED IN A WELL-VENTILATED ROOM, THE AMBIENT TEMPERATURE IS -10 ° C ~ 45 ° C, THE

VII、Precautions for use

1. Always install and commission the wheelchair before using. If you have any questions, please

consult an authorized agent or an authorized service provider.

2. To avoid potential dangerous such as rollovers, users must practice on a flat, wide field to

familiarize with the various operations and features first.

3. When getting on and off the wheelchair, make sure the wheelchair controller is off.

4. With the help of others, experience the effect of changes in the center of gravity of the wheelchair

on the progress, such as uphill and downhill or turn over the obstacle.

5. The driving characteristics of electric wheelchairs can be disturbed by electromagnetic fields

generated by mobile phones or other radiation devices. Therefore, when using the controller, the

peripheral communication tool should be turned off.

6. Electric wheelchairs using temperature range is -10° to +45°

7. Electric wheelchairs are not suitable for driving on very slippery surfaces (such as ice) and very

rough roads (such as gravel, gravel).

8. Electric wheelchairs cannot be used in the presence of a mixture of flammable anesthetic gas

and air or nitrous oxide.

9. Please do not interchange the left and right motor connectors. To avoid to cause an incorrect
