Abilene, TX – February 12, 2013 — Santee Electric Cooperative, Inc. in South Carolina has
chosen the Milsoft Electric Utility Solutions’ Geographic Information and Outage Management Systems.

Software and IVR Communications Software. Their Mapping Project Engineer Christie Dyson said,

capabilities of the E&O System, will enable us to better manage the data that we need for system
planning and operations as well as improve our response to service outages to better serve our
