NOTE: The nomination of Dr. (Ms.) Sadhana Herur (LS-71) to the General Committee has been rejected, as it attracts disqualification owing to the institution of cases by her (O.S. Nos. 3256 / 2007 and 3358 / 2008) against Bangalore Club in the Court of the Hon’ble Additional City Civil Judge, Court Hall Nos. 6 and 19 of Bangalore City, respectively, which are pending disposal, as on date. The General Committee has invoked jurisdiction under Rule 23.2 (i) of the Rules of the Bangalore Club in this regard.
