Elecard Monitoring Technology

Elecard offers probing technology for UDP, RTP, HTTP, and HLS

streams monitoring and measurement of QoS and QoE parameters.

It was designed to enable better video quality in all segments of the

distributed networks and allows building your own or scale up the

existing Fault Management System and improve the overall

acceptability of your service.

The product is available as a client-server software solution.

Elecard QoS&QoE monitoring technology is a software product consisting

of 2 parts: software Boro probe and Boro server.

Boro probes

Can be installed across the entire network or in separate segments of distributed networks

Detect pre-set QoS and QoE parameters, stream information (SCTE-35, Closed Captions)

and send video specific data to Boro server every second

Boro server

Local server in your network or cloud

Receives, analyzes and aggregates the statistical data provided by Boro probes or other

monitoring solutions

Provides reports in easy-to-understand graphical form and sends alerts via email or SNMP
