Elecard Monitoring Technology
Elecard offers probing technology for UDP, RTP, HTTP, and HLS
streams monitoring and measurement of QoS and QoE parameters.
It was designed to enable better video quality in all segments of the
distributed networks and allows building your own or scale up the
existing Fault Management System and improve the overall
acceptability of your service.
The product is available as a client-server software solution.

of 2 parts: software Boro probe and Boro server.

and send video specific data to Boro server every second
