Welcome to the Disney Dining Plan available to Disney Vacation Club® Members, which offers a convenient and affordable way to enjoy snacks and meals throughout the Walt Disney World® Resort, including many located in the Downtown Disney ® Area. That means lots of great dining opportunities for you and your family. This brochure outlines the details of what is included and how to use the Disney Dining Plan.

Number of Meals During Your Reserved StayThe Disney Dining Plan includes one (1) Quick-Service Meal, one (1) Snack, and one (1) Table-Service Meal per person, per night of your reserved stay for everyone in the party ages three and over. The plan also includes one (1) Rapid Fill Resort refillable drink mug per person, that is valid for the length of your stay (eligible for refills at self-service beverage islands at Quick-Service locations at any Disney Resort hotel).

Disney Dining Plan Pricing The price of the Disney Dining Plan is $60.64 per night, per Guest ages 10+ and $19.23 per night, per Guest ages three to nine.

Adding Disney Dining Plan to Your Reservation e The Disney Dining Plan must be added to your reservation at least

48 hours prior to check-in. Members may add the Disney Dining Plan online at dvcmember.com to reservations at Disney Vacation Club Resorts made with Vacation Points, or call Member Services for reservations booked on cash or in the Disney Collection. Payment in full is due at the time of adding the Disney Dining Plan to your reservation. Disney Dining Plan cannot be added to your reservation within 48 hours of check-in.

Using Your Mealse You can redeem more than one Quick-Service meal, Table-Service

meal or snack per day, if you wish, until your total number of meal/snack entitlements are depleted.

e All unused meals and snacks and the ability to use your Rapid Fill Resort refillable mug expire at midnight on your reservation check out date.

Finding Dining and Snacks Locationse Most of the restaurant locations in Disney Theme Parks, Disney

Water Parks, the Downtown Disney Area and Disney Value, Moderate, Deluxe and Deluxe Villa Resort Hotels accept the Disney Dining Plan (please see a list of participating restaurants beginning on page 3).

e You can also find plenty of locations where you can redeem your Snacks - just look for this symbol on the menu boards at Quick-Service restaurants, most outdoor food carts and select merchandise locations to identify what is eligible as a Snack.

e Please Note: Certain items are not included in the Disney Dining Plan such as:• Alcoholic Beverages• Items that are more than a single serving (such as a box of

Redeeming Your Mealse Present your valid Disney Resort ID (either a MagicBand or card) to

the server or cashier at the time a meal or snack is purchased and specify the number of meals or snacks being redeemed for Guests ages 10+ on your Disney Dining Plan and the number of meals or snacks being redeemed for Guests ages three to nine on your Disney Dining Plan.

e Guests ages three to nine must order from a children’s menu where available.

e Gratuities are not included except at Dinner Shows, Private In-Room Dining and Cinderella’s Royal Table.• An additional form of payment is needed if you add a gratuity and have

not provided a credit card at check-in to charge incidentals and other expenses to your room.

• An 18% gratuity will automatically be added to your bill for parties of six or more.

• An automatic gratuity charge may also be added to your bill for items you order that are not included in the Disney Dining Plan (e.g. alcoholic beverages).

e Choosing items from a separate prix fixe menu offered at certain locations requires payment of a surcharge in addition to redeeming the number of Table- Service entitlements required at the location.e You may not redeem meals or snacks for any Guests who are not on

your Disney Dining Plan.e The Disney Dining Plan is unavailable for Guests under the age of

three, but they may share from an adult plate at no charge, or a meal may be purchased from the menu. The price of the meal will be added to your bill.

Tracking Your Mealse Your meal usage will be tracked electronically to your reservation.

The example below illustrates a party with two Guests ages 10+ and two Guests ages three to nine staying on a three-night/four-day reservation utilizing one of their Quick-Service meal entitlements:

e After you dine, your party’s remaining entitlements for the meal type you just enjoyed (Table-Service, Quick-Service or Snack) will be printed on the receipt.

e You can also contact your Resort Concierge at any time for your meal plan balance.

Healthy Food Optionse Disney is committed to offering a wide range of options for you and

your family. We offer menu selections for all of our Guests, including children, seeking well-balanced meals, snacks and beverages as well as those with lifestyle dining requests or special dietary requests. Guests should notate any special dietary requests at the time of booking their dining reservation. Guests may also speak with a chef or manager upon arrival at the dining location.

Signature Restaurants provide unparalleled cuisine served in elegant and relaxed surroundings. Choose from a selection of menu offerings, including children’s favorites.

Two Table-Service meals for each person dining at a Signature Restaurant will be redeemed from their meal plan balance.

Dress Code for Signature Restaurants is Resort Casual. Not permitted in dining room: Tank tops, swimsuits or swimsuit cover-ups, hats for gentlemen, cut-offs, torn clothing of any kind, or T-shirts with offensive language and/or graphics.
