In this case, the Organiser will adopt the most appropriate solution for continuing the journey, without extra charge to passengers. If passengers continue the journey with the solution provided by the Organiser, this is understood to signify tacit acceptance of this solution.

• Payment

To reserve travel, a deposit of 40% of the published rate is due in Euros (or Pounds Sterling at the exchange rate as published by www.xe.com on the day of payment). If, after changing the reservation, they then cancel the trip, the fee will be 100%. If they change the date of the journey less than 30 days before the departure date, a fee of 15% of the total will be charged.
