conference call within the next two weeks to help train Florida hospital workers – especially OBGYN doctors and those who work with pregnant women – on how Zika is spread, its symptoms, treatments and proper precautions.Governor Scott is also asking the

Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to evaluate how much funding they have available for mosquito control. The Department has been appropriated $1.6 million in the last year for mosquito control and Governor Scott is requesting to know how much is still available.

Equipo de Robótica 7826 C: HAWKNeptun Middle School está muy orgulloso

El equipo ha competido en tres torneos de clasificación y el Campeonato de Liga Tesla. En el primer torneo, que ganó 5-5 partidos, y en la final ganaron el 2-3 partidos para ganar el 1er lugar de la alianza. En el segundo torneo, el equipo ganó 5-5 partidos, y en la final ganó 1-3 partidos para el 2do lugar de la alianza, empatando en el primer lugar en el ranking estatal. En el tercer torneo, el equipo ganó 5-7 partidos, y en la final ganó 1-3 partidos para el 2do lugar de la alianza, ocupando la clasificación del 8ª lugar en el ranking estatal. Durante el Campeonato de la Liga Tesla, el equipo ganó 4-5 partidos, y en la final ganó el 2-3 partidos para el 1er lugar de la alianza ganadora.

Robotics Team 7826 C: HAWKNeptune Middle School is very proud

of its superb Robotics Team, which is a middle school team comprised of four seventh graders, one Lead Teacher, and three mentors. Last year’s team was made up of eighth graders, who have all moved on to the Osceola High School FRC Team 1065 Moose. Neptune’s team designed their robot with the help of its mentor Team 1065 Moose. They built a custom winch using a measuring tape and a 3D printed gear box to help the robot hang from the top pull bar. Their robot has 8 sensors, 6 NeveRest Gearmotors, 4 Tetrix Max All-Terrain 5” tires, and two Tetrix 3” wheels. Its top speed is three feet per second.

The team has competed in three qualifying tournaments and the Tesla League Championship. In the first tournament, they won 5-5 matches, and in the finals won the 2-3 matches for 1st Place winning alliance. In the second tournament, the team won 5-5 matches, and in the finals won 1-3 matches winning 2nd Place alliance, tying for first place in state rankings. In the third tournament, the team won 5-7 matches, and in the finals won 1-3 matches winning 2nd Place alliance, earning the ranking of 8th in state rankings. During the Tesla League Championship, the team won 4-5 matches, and in the finals won the 2-3 matches for 1st Place winning alliance.

Osceola County leaders and industry representatives joined Valencia officials in launching the new facility, which will train workers for high-tech manufacturing jobs while helping employers secure a critical pipeline of skilled labor.Students at the new center

will learn hands-on skills that are heavily in demand in Florida. The 12-week to 6-month-long training programs lead to industry certifications in Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machining, Mechatronics, MSSC Certified Production Technician, MSSC Certified Logistics Technician, advanced welding technology, and quality, inspection and assembly, among other certifications.“This is a great example

of how the community and industry can partner together to educate and train students for high-skill, high-wage employment through an intensive, short-term training program,” said Joe Battista, Valencia’s vice president for Global, Professional and Continuing Education. “We all worked together to improve the employment opportunities for those who were unemployed, underemployed, or just seeking a new career.”Valencia began training

law enforcement after they discovered the devices. Currently, no one has reported any fraudulent credit card purchases, but detectives encourage anyone who may have used the gas pumps at these locations to check the credit card they used and report any possible fraudulent activity. win changed when the Magic went on an 18 – 2 run in the fourth quarter. Saying the win was sloppy would be an understatement, but regardless of how they got there, the Magic were able to get a much needed win before going on a very difficult road trip out west. Turnovers have become a problem again for the Magic. They had 16 in the first game against Boston and 15 in the second. But other parts of the Magic’s game are slowly starting to grow. Mario Hezonja has seen more playing

time and has been a big contribution to Orlando’s offense from the bench. The rookie shooting guard shot 7 for 13 from the field ending with 17 points, 3 rebounds and 3 assists. Evan Fournier, also coming off the bench, added 24 points. Victor Oladipo, who has been starting since making his return to the court, struggled with his shot making only 1 – 6 from behind the arch and finishing with 11 points. Aaron Gordon, who has started the last 5 games for the Magic, added 19 points, 14 rebounds, and 5 assists.

one point away from his career high. Both Vucevic and Hezonja had 16 points; Tobias Harris has 15 points and 7 rebounds. Tonight, the Magic host the Los Angeles Clippers. On Sunday, they will play the Atlanta Hawks at the Amway Center at 1pm.

1. Desde un principio en la casa de Gran Hermano los habitantes se dividieron y al parecer, haber sido una aliada entrañable del grupo de la playa, le trajó sus consecuencias a Catalina.

2. La fuerte conexión que tuvo Catalina con Iselis, cuando empezó el show, a muchos televidentes no les gustó y esto le costó su puesto en la casa de Gran Hermano.

3. Al haber Iselis ganado la prueba del líder, Catalina quedó vulnerable ante la mirada de los otros habitantes que tenían como primera opción nominar a Iselis, y ella arrastró la mala imagen que tenían los concursantes de su amiga entrañable y se convirtió en el reflejo de Iselis.

4. El haberse reunido más de una vez con sus compañeros de cuarto para hablar mal de los otros habitantes, como estrategia de juego, le sumó votos para su expulsión.

5. No cuidar sus palabras cuando se refería a los otros habitantes de la casa, también le trajo como consecuencia no ganarse la credibilidad de sus compañeros.

10. Para los televidentes fue crucial darse cuenta que Catalina no llegó sola a la casa de Gran Hermano, que llegó acompañada y para muchos esto fue determinante a la hora de expulsar, pues consideraron que era mejor que estuviera fuera.
