Each national federation: 3 males and 3 females for each category.The host federation: 6 males and 6 females for each category.

Plus the first 10 women and men listed on the World Ranking (Boulder) at the registration deadline.

Other nearby airports, but without direct train connection to Eindhoven (you will need to rent a car): Airport Weeze (Düsseldorf), Zaventem (Brussels) and/or Maastricht/Aachen Airport.

Arriving by car: Motorways lead from Amsterdam (A2), Rotterdam (A16), Maastricht/Aachen (A2), Düsseldorf, Anvers and Brussels (A21) to Eindhoven.

6. Accommodation

Please be informed because of a big concert which will also take place at the same date as the World Cup match in Eindhoven, it will be very difficult to find available hotel rooms in the city of Eindhoven.Because of this inconvenience, we did our best to find a suitable hotel for all the athletes in the vicinity of Eindhoven. To book some of the rooms for your team the following instructions are very important:

• Per team one reservation will have to be made (no individual reservations of athletes will be accepted)

• One contact person per team: Name, telephone number and email address!• Confirmation of your reservation needs to be done with a down payment in

advance with credit card (no billing afterwards!)• At least one week in advance of the 11th of June, you will have to supply the hotel

with a list of all the names of the athletes.• Reservations can be made by sending an email, containing the necessary info

When your team does not apply for rooms in the Koningshof in Veldhoven before the 15th of May, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to find suitable accommodation for your athletes in Eindhoven. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused by this.

Hotel NH Koningshof, prices: room 1 person + breakfast € 85,- p.n. , room 2 persons + breakfast € 99,- p.n.. Special dinner price on friday night € 25,- extra p.p. (diner with all athletes together), please book in advance too.
